SETAC GLB Meeting in Muttenz, 11.-13.9.2023

The Ecotox Centre, together with the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland, is organising the joint annual meeting of the SETAC GLB and the GDCh Specialist Group Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology, which will take place in Muttenz from 11-13 September 2023. The motto of the meeting is "Together against global pollution: Education and research for clean solutions".

What effects do various chemicals have on humans, organisms and entire ecosystems? To answer this question, appropriate methods must be developed, optimised and applied, and risks must be assessed in order to prevent or remedy damage. To make this possible, applied solutions must be developed in cooperation with all stakeholders. In this sense, the conference is about togetherness: we want to promote networking and training of experts in order to find sustainable solutions against the global pollution of our future.
