Directorate

The directorate of the Ecotox Centre consists of the director and the deputy director. It is in charge of the strategic and operational leadership and deals with reporting. The directorate prepares the development plan for each 4-year planning period after consulting the advisory board and the host institute board. The development plan is submitted to the ETH Board as annexe to the Eawag development plan for review/approval. The directorate and the host institute board manage the business plan, which requires approval by the directorate of Eawag and the dean of the School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering (ENAC) at EPFL. The ETH Board mandates and approves the periodic external review of the Ecotox Centre.
