Marion Junghans supported SRF Kassensturz in the evaluation of oven sprays. She scrutinised the composition of the products and researched the ecotoxicity of the ingredients. Some of the cleaners are highly alkaline, so skin and eyes should always be well protected from splashes. ‘In addition, the cleaners should not be poured down the sink undiluted,’ recommends the expert.
